PLAYER GUIDE

How balances work

Starlume keeps cash and promotional credit separate so you always know what can be paid out and what can be used only for game play.

CASH WALLET

$25.00

Approved deposits and eligible funds withdrawn from connected games appear here. Payout requests come from this balance.

BONUS PLAY CREDIT

$2.50

Promotional rewards appear here. This credit is used first when loading a game and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

When you load a game

  1. 1.Bonus Play Credit is used first.
  2. 2.If the bonus does not cover the full load, the remainder comes from your Cash Wallet.
  3. 3.The completed transfer appears in Activity with the amount and status.

Where rewards go

Daily streaks, eligible referrals, review rewards, VIP promotional bonuses, and similar offers are added to Bonus Play Credit. The Wallet and Home pages show that balance separately from cash.
